Why do I need a consultant pharmacist?
ButtonNo one knows what will be required in Kansas in order to dispense medical cannabis but proposed legislation (KS SB 135) has proposed requiring a consultant pharmacist for ALL dispensaries.

What services will you perform as a consultant pharmacist?
ButtonAs a consultant pharmacist for your dispensary I will help create policies and procedures for identifying signs of substance abuse, help train staff on side effects, contraindications, and benefits of medical cannabis.
Most importantly our pharmacist will review all dispensing of medical cannabis on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with federal and state law. Our pharmacist will also be available via phone or video conference during dispensaries operating hours for paitent consultations when requested or required.
